Health Officer

The Health Officer provides the following services to Dixmont residents:

• Public health consultation

  Guidance on public health matters affecting residents

• Environmental health concerns

  Investigation of environmental conditions that may impact community health

• Health-related complaints

  Review and response to health complaints from residents

• Housing & sanitation issues

  Assessment of housing conditions and sanitation concerns

• Public health emergency coordination

  Coordination with state and county agencies during health emergencies
