PLANNING BOARD
BACKGROUND
The Planning Board is an adminstrative board which has the responsibility of reviewing all site plan and subdivision applications for conformance to all local land use regulations, as well as for conformance to State and Federal rules that may apply. The Town of Dixmont has seven board members.
The Planning Board meets the second Tuesday of each month at the Town Office. The meetings are open to the public. If you would like to be on the agenda to discuss a town issue, please contact the Planning Board Chairman.
