BOARD OF APPEALS
BACKGROUND The Board of Appeals meets when a landowner would like to receive a variance to any of the Town ordinances. The two most common Petitions for a Variance are due to failure to meet the setback requirements and failure to meet the road frontage requirements. Please check the town ordinances or the Code Enforcement Officerbefore purchasing a property or starting any building project. The Town of Dixmont has five board members.
