Dixmont has been invited to participate in the State of Maine
Community Resilience Partnership Grants Program
These grants are can support two categories of climate action by communities:
1) actions from the List of Community Actions, an approved list of climate mitigation and adaptation activities that align with the strategies of Maine Won’t Wait, and
2) other projects proposed by a community that support capacity building, planning, and implementation projects.
The Selectboard will hold an informational meeting on these grants at 5 p.m. on Tuesday, Feb. 7.2023, at the Town Office to determine if the citizenry is interested in pursuing these grant opportunities.
